Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1. Enrollment Cancellation
1.1.1. Students may request to cancel their enrollment in a course or program by providing written notice to the institute’s administrative office. This notice should include the student’s name, contact information, course details, and the reason for cancellation.
1.1.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least2 weeks before the course start date to be eligible for a refund.
1.1.3. If a student cancels their enrollment before the specified deadline, a full refund of the tuition fees will be issued, minus any non-refundable application or administrative fees.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. Tuition Fee Refunds
2.1.1. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the institute’s administrative office. The request should include the student’s name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the refund.
2.1.2. If a student cancels their enrollment in accordance with the cancellation policy, the following refund structure will apply:
– Cancellation before the course start date: 60% of the tuition fees will be refunded.
– Cancellation after the course start date: No refund will be issued.
2.1.3. The refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the written request. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as the original payment, whenever possible.
2.2. Non-Refundable Fees
2.2.1. Application fees, materials fees, and other non-refundable charges are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
3.1. In cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances that prevent a student from completing the course, may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Transfer Policy:
4.1. If a student is unable to attend the originally scheduled course due to unforeseen circumstances, they may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability and the institute’s approval.
5. Disputes and Resolutions:
5.1. Any disputes or concerns regarding cancellations and refunds should be addressed directly with the institute’s administrative office. Our staff will work diligently to resolve issues to the best of our ability.
6. Policy Revisions:
6.1. Fakira Training Institute reserves the right to revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy as needed. Any revisions will be communicated to all enrolled students and will be effective from the date of the policy
