Commencing his career in the Credit Department of Citi Bank, Mr. Goswami dedicated 5 years to the institution. Subsequently, he spent 11 years at IDBI Bank, serving across departments such as operations, credit, and sales. Notably, he also contributed as a faculty member at the esteemed IDBI Training Center.
